Dear students,
I know that
it is not easy to be confined to the house during COVID-19. I have
posted some documents in the PE courses with workouts that can be done
indoors at home without
special equipment during the COVID-19 quarantine and I thought they might also be helpful for our whole school community, so I am sharing them here as well. Scroll through and there are workouts for beginners through advanced. Encourage your family
to get involved with you! Put on some tunes and make it fun! If you
have access to youtube, there are awesome dance workouts that can be
really fun and lift everyone's spirits as we are shut in the house! If
you are able to, go outside and enjoy the fresh air and spring weather! Moving your body is the best thing you can do for your mental health for you and your family.
Keep your body moving! It will really help keep away cabin fever!
